Joined Adways in 2007 as a new graduate and was appointed Product Manager of the PC affiliate service “JANet” in 2009. Subsequently launched the mobile phone ad network “Appdriver” and contributed to the development of several new businesses. Appointed General Manager of New Business Development in October 2012, Executive Officer in April 2014, and Senior Executive Officer in January 2016. Became Director in June 2020 and assumed the role of President and CEO in July 2021.
Director and ChairmanHaruhisa Okamura
Founded Adways Agency, the predecessor of Adways Inc., in 2000, and established Adways Inc. in Osaka in February 2001. Appointed President and CEO at the time of establishment, and assumed the position of Director and Chairman in July 2021.
DirectorNobuyoshi Noda
Joined Adways in 2006 after five years of global marketing experience at Fujifilm Holdings Corporation. Engaged in mobile advertising operations and became Division Manager in 2009. Appointed Executive Officer in 2011 and has served as Director since June 2013.

Joined Adways in 2007 as a new graduate. Became Division Manager of the Internet Advertising Business in April 2010 and was appointed Executive Officer in April 2013. Assumed responsibility for global marketing in 2015 and was promoted to Senior Executive Officer in January 2016. Also served as Director of overseas subsidiaries and became responsible for group-wide management strategy in 2018. Has served as Director since June 2019.

Joined Adways in March 2006. As Head of Corporate Planning, led the company’s listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers and oversaw capital policy and M&A activities, including partnerships with Itochu Corporation. Appointed General Manager of Corporate Management in September 2008, Executive Officer in April 2009, and Senior Executive Officer in April 2011. Currently oversees finance, accounting, IR, and general affairs.

Ad Platform BusinessTakamasa Tamura
Joined Adways in April 2006 as a new graduate and was in charge of the PC affiliate service “JANet.” Left the company in 2009 and was appointed Director of Wano Co., Ltd. in June of the same year. In June 2016, became CEO of EDOCODE Inc., a subsidiary of Wano. Returned to Adways in January 2023 and currently serves as Senior Executive Officer, Adways Inc., and CEO, ADWAYS DEEE Inc.

Joined Adways in April 2003 as a new graduate and launched the mobile affiliate service “Smart-C,” developing it into the leading service in Japan by gross sales. Appointed Executive Officer in 2008 and Director in June 2010. Currently serves as Executive Officer, Influencer Business, and CEO of Influencer Investment Holdings Inc. and 774 Inc.

Joined Adways in April 2010 as a new graduate and worked on the mobile affiliate service “Smart-C.” Later served as a web designer and director in advertising design. Appointed Head of the Design Department in April 2017 and Deputy General Manager of the Design Division within the Domestic Advertising Business Group in October 2021. Appointed Executive Officer, Communication Design, in January 2024.

Joined the Adways Group in August 2008 through the M&A of the company where he was serving as Business Manager, and was appointed Director of the company. Transferred to Adways Inc. in May 2012 and served as Product Manager in the Development Division, Director of a Group subsidiary, and Head of the Internet Advertising Business. Appointed General Manager of the Domestic Advertising Division in January 2023. Appointed Executive Officer, Agency Business in July 2025.
